Sticky has collaborated with Haggin Marketing (now SolutionSet) to create a multi-channel branding program for Sears called Shop Your Way that revolves around the customer 24/7. The slogan and service platform materials, which illustrate a restated customer-centric focus of the retail giant, are now online and in all 900+ Sears stores nationwide. The loyalty program now has more than 50 million members. Sticky worked with Mark Pearson, Shar Coulson and Sandy Reynders to develop the theme and assets.
